Arbeit 4.5 investigates the fine line between Self-Realisation and Self-Exploitation in the working realities of todays independent workers and brings together social workers, industrial psychologists, entrepreneurs and marketing experts. The logo aims to emphasise the gap and tension the working conditions for digital nomads, start-ups and entrepreneurs bring.
